Please review our 'Shipping Policy" prior to placing an order with us, this helps everyone to be certain that our timeframes meet the customers needs as to when a customer may need their order by. PROCESSING TIMES:
Every order is carefully prepared with love. Please allow 15 business days for processing. During busy seasons or new releases, processing may take a little longer — quality is never rushed.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses placed for shipment on an order once that order has been processed and/or has left our facility. As the customer, I
ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can watch your package travel to you. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to receive.
Once your order has been marked delivered by the assigned carrier, our team at Audream is no longer deemed or to be held responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. For missing packages, potential stolen packages or other package errors — you must contact the carrier directly.
If your package has arrived to you damaged, please contact us via email or our contact form within 24-48 hours of receiving your package with photographs of the defective items.
