The refund, return, and replacement guidelines provided by Audream Beauty Co are subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All products are sold “as-is.” Audream Beauty Co makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • product performance

  • expected results

  • suitability for a particular purpose

Individual results may vary.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery. Failure to report damage, missing items, or issues within the required timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy may result in ineligibility for replacement or store credit.

Because our products are beauty and personal-use items, they cannot be returned or resold. For this reason, all sales are final. Audream Beauty Co is not responsible for adverse reactions, allergies, or sensitivities resulting from product use. Please review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.

AUDREAM'S SET REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Audream Beauty Co. We aim to ensure every customer loves their purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal-use products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. We do not take responsibility for buyers remorse!

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

If you receive the wrong product or your order is missing an item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will quickly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed, as we begin processing immediately. We do not offer exchanges at this current time.
